Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Neon Escape (package name com.neonescape.game), published by GSA Appss (“we”, “us”, or “the developer”). It explains how information is handled when you use the game.
1. Information handled by the game
Neon Escape does not require an account. Your high score, coin balance, unlocked and selected vehicles or backgrounds, language choice, daily reward status, shield inventory, and rewarded-ad count are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this local game progress on a developer-operated server.
We do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, or payment-card details in the current version of the game.
2. Optional rewarded advertising
Neon Escape uses Google Mobile Ads to offer optional rewarded ads. You may play without watching them. A reward is added only when the advertising SDK reports that the required viewing event has been completed. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID where available), app and ad interactions, ad impressions, diagnostic data, crash data, and performance data. This information may be used to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain service security. The current version requests non-personalized ads only.

3. Purposes and legal grounds
Local information is used to operate the game, remember your settings, award earned items, and preserve progress. Advertising information is processed by Google to provide and measure ads and to detect fraud or security incidents. Depending on your location, processing relies on your consent, performance of the requested service, compliance with law, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. You may withdraw advertising consent where the consent interface makes that choice available.
4. Sharing, international processing, and retention
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising information may be shared with and processed by Google and its authorized advertising partners under their own terms. Those providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence and apply their published transfer safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by a valid legal obligation or to protect users, rights, and service security.
Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Advertising information is retained by Google under Google’s applicable retention policies. Privacy correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and meet legal obligations.
5. Your choices and rights
- Skip rewarded ads and continue playing without the advertised reward.
- Clear local progress by clearing app storage or uninstalling the game.
- Reset or delete the Android Advertising ID in your device settings.
- Use the available consent interface to review advertising choices.
- Where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Children
Neon Escape is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from such children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
7. Security, external services, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the game’s limited data practices. No device or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Google services and any destination reached through an advertisement are governed by their own policies; we do not control third-party content or data practices.
We may update this policy when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-app or store notice where required.
